Ningbo Xingya Rubber & Plastic Co., LTD was established in 1975 in the Ninghai, Ningbo, Zhejiang province. After attaining a license to produce pharmaceutical rubber stoppers, we began production of rubber stoppers for pharmaceutical use. In 1991 we contracted with the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers like North China Pharmaceutical Corp, China SHIJIAZHUANG Pharmaceutical Corp, Lu Kang Pharmaceutical Corp, etc.
Today we are one of the top pharmaceutical rubber stopper manufacturers in China. Our factory encompasses 20,000 square meters of factory floor space, with production capabilities to produce 2.5 billion medical grade rubber stoppers annually.
Our advanced production system combines independent and cooperative research & development to bring our production capacity and quality to an international level. Our distinctive rubber stopper production lines are automated and composed of world-class equipment. Our great attention to our equipment, personnel, and procedures within our production line, is what makes us so superior to our competition.
Our main products include rubber stoppers, flip off aluminium cap, molded and tubular glass bottles and other pharmaaceutical inno package. Our rubber stopper product line is divided into 5 categories: Antibiotic, Freeze-Dried, Vacuum Blood Collection, Transfusion, and Aluminum.
A strong factor contributing to our long and consistent growth stems from our strongly focus on quality management and developing customized formula for different antibiotics. We have obtained the following certifications: ISO9002, ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001, GMP ISO15378. These certifications, along with the acclaim we have received from our users and distributers, attest to our higher than average standard of quality.
